After cleansing the pearl (with warm water or a soft cloth and crystal-safe cleanser), insert gently into the vaginal canal with a touch of organic lubricant.
Hold for a few minutes during breathwork or pelvic floor exercises, gradually working up to wearing for longer periods, and working down to smaller sizes. These pearls are perfect for meditative movement, yoga, or intentional self-care rituals. Always cleanse and re-intention between uses.
